By downloading, accessing, or utilizing the Bloom mobile application (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and remove the application from your device.
2. Scope of Service
Bloom facilitates a comprehensive digital environment dedicated to floral exploration. Our Service includes, but is not limited to, botanical identification tools, horticultural encyclopedic data, plant care management guides, and aesthetic design resources.
We reserve the exclusive right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at our sole discretion without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will remain available or uninterrupted at all times.
3. User Responsibilities
To maintain the integrity of our community, users agree to the following:

Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the application.
5. No Warranties
The Service is delivered to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy of flower identification or the viability of care advice provided. Your reliance on any information found through the Service is strictly at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Bloom development team, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination of Use
We maintain the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms. You may also cease using the Service at any time by deleting your account and removing the application.
